Bus is really good but the behavior of conductor is not good, they think they are the owner and talk very rudely to the customer. If your bus is good but service and behavior towards customer is not good, eventually you are going to fail.

The best service and support by driver Sanjay Jatt and team. Third time travelling on this bus. I never felt I was in a bus so comfortable.

Overall experience was very good. Very punctual, in fact before time arrival for the first time during my Pune Khandwa journey. Staff was also very helpful, understanding and polite. Bedding can be more comfortable.

I paid so much for the amenities but the washroom couldn't be used, the charging point was not working & even there were no curtains on the windows at all. I want compensation for it because I would've booked the bus worth 1500rs only & not waste my 2800rs on a bus with no amenities.
