Bus people reached at boarding point 40 minutes early. Calling us to reach in 10 minutes. Our company did not inform them about rules and regulations. After arrival, the bus was moved to a long distance and we rushed to the place. If they reach the boarding point early, they have to wait until the actual time.

Seat had no bedsheet, small tap and it was all dusty and very ill. Curtains had holes and were very dirty. Felt like they had not cleaned the seat and curtain since ages. Overall the bus was dirty, unhygienic and very terrible for anyone to sleep or sit where there is dust and dirt all around.
