I booked a sleeper upper berth from Ramgarh but got it from Hazaribagh. They shifted us to Hazaribagh in a separate seater bus. No cleanliness in seats, charging point broken. Poor arrangements.

First of all, the bus was running late by more than an hour. Okay, it was acceptable, but the very annoying part was that I was only calling the bus staff. That was also fine. What about picking up passengers from the boarding point? What a huge irresponsible behavior it was. Even after raising my hand over my boarding point at Bagdogra Bihar More, they did not stop the bus, but however, after calling, they stopped it around 1 km away. Moreover, one of the staff was shouting at me saying that I was casual even though I had shared my location at the boarding point. Worse experience of my life. They did not even bother to lift their own passengers. How was it possible.

Expecting more punctuality and leg space while sleeping. A 6 ft or taller person can't sleep with legs fully stretched.

I booked from Ranchi and selected boarding Pundag which was very remote and far for a lone girl, especially in the evening. I contacted all numbers which I got on WhatsApp regarding my boarding from BIT More but no one guided me. They delayed and after boarding time told me this bus passes BIT More at 6 pm, and I missed the bus.
