The driver was really kind, the bus was on time, and the seats were comfortable. Overall, it was a really good experience.

The bus was almost late by 3 hours and they were not even answering the calls properly. I do consider that the price was less than other options. But I am not having a good experience with them.

I am extremely disappointed with your bus service. I was informed that the bus would reach the boarding point by 9:45 am, but I had to wait until 12:30 pm. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. The service was very poor, and the bus did not stop at a washroom even when needed. The dropping time was initially communicated as morning, but it is now evening, and we still haven’t reached the destination. Moreover, the charging points are not working. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and one of the worst bus services I have ever experienced. Such poor time management, lack of basic facilities, and irresponsible service are completely unacceptable. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and improve your service.

So the departure time is 9:30 but the bus reached at 12:30 and arrival time is 6:30. So the bus came 3 hours late and they didn't mention anything about it and also I called the driver but he didn't pick up my call. I know there was a block and traffic jam but at least they have to call the customer and tell about it but they didn't respond regarding that. The bus took from Bangalore Madiwala at 12:30 and I reached my destination Vadakkanchery at 11:45. It takes about 11 hours to reach here because of bus breakdown issues. Because of all of this, I couldn't attend my family function too. I think you will take this issue seriously and do the compliance.

Poor driving, not dealing with the passengers properly, no value for time. I feel I will reach Ernakulam today evening.
