Paliwal Travels Bus Booking

Subject: Extremely disappointing experience and complaint regarding wrong dropping point I would like to submit extremely negative feedback about my bus journey. The ticket and booking indicated the dropping point as 'Vadodara Golden Square', but instead of taking the bus on that route, the bus driver/conductor took me straight onto the expressway. After Bharuch, I was dropped off late at night on a deserted expressway. I had no means or security available to guide me home from that unknown and unsafe location at midnight. This lack of regard for passengers' time, safety, and correct location is extremely irresponsible. I am extremely disappointed with this service and demand strict action and an explanation for this negligence.

Driver was weird and did not listen. The wrong drop-off point was shown during booking, and they dropped me at a different place and on a different highway. Travel time was also wrong and much longer than shown in the app.

The bus broke down multiple times during the journey, causing significant inconvenience and delay. The most serious breakdown occurred at around 3:00 am, after which the bus remained non-operational for approximately seven hours. It finally started functioning again at around 10:00 am. During this entire period, the passengers were left stranded on the roadside without proper assistance or an alternative arrangement. We were supposed to reach Mumbai by 10:30 am but we reached by 7 pm.

Bus broke down in the middle of the journey. No alternative transport was provided.

Bus driver didn't drop to location, instead used other route, no stop to Sarvodaya as mentioned during booking.

We reached the pickup point on time, but the bus had already left from there and was going in a different direction. We were then instructed to come to the CTM Expressway. We immediately reached there, but the bus continued towards the toll plaza without stopping. We repeatedly called the bus pickup person, Suresh, and requested him to wait for just 2 minutes so that we could reach the bus. However, he continued driving and did not stop the bus at any location, not even for those 2 minutes. I was travelling with ladies and luggage, and we even ran on the expressway trying to catch the bus, but the bus staff did not provide any proper response or assistance. We had been calling the pickup person one hour before the scheduled pickup time, but our calls were repeatedly disconnected. He finally answered the call at the last moment, which was of no use because the bus was already moving away. Moreover, the live bus location was not working, so we were unable to properly track the bus. We were travelling to celebrate Raksha Bandhan, but because of this irresponsible and unprofessional service, our entire festival was completely ruined. The pickup person, Suresh, was not willing to listen to us even when we requested him to stop for just 2 minutes. He repeatedly disconnected our calls and also spoke to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner.  Please remove such irresponsible bus operators from your platform and provide us with the refund/compensation that we are entitled to for the inconvenience, harassment, and loss caused to us.
