There was no call from the bus staff or agent. The bus had left the stand before 6:30. When I called, they said that I had come to this place by auto. Then I came by auto for Rs. XXX till the bus stop.

The poorest services were observed during the travel. There was no AC, the mobile charging points were not working, and a drinking water bottle was not provided. The seat cover was very dirty, and the total walkway was occupied by passengers who were not allotted seats, and very panic situations were faced during entry and exit. The bus staff was not listening to passengers and was only busy in somehow earning money. There was no transparency about the bus fare because I had paid XXXX rupees from Mauganj to Raipur, but many passengers for the same travel paid XXXX rupees through an agent, and the agent had given his cards and said that if you needed the cheapest journey then contact him and do not go for online and any other booking website.

One rest stop in 14-hour journey. Seats are full, yet staff is putting people in the way. In any emergency, you have no chance to exit immediately.

Very bad service. The bus broke down for around 4 hours but the company did not arrange any other bus for passengers. It took around 15-16 hours for just 400 km. Very bad experience.
