I didn't receive any call from bus staff and someone occupied my seat. They gave me a seat after I informed them. No punctuality and taking more time to reach Hyderabad.

Don't explore this type of bus next time. Any passenger, no proper driving, no punctuality, no leg space. I paid xxxx, but last night's journey was not comfortable. Very bad experience.
