Sleep not comfortable, journey is not good, bad smell of seat, no supply of water bottle, bedsheet, pillow and blanket.

First was about the bus timing; it came 40 minutes late. Then, after our bag was so heavy, still when I told the bus conductor to keep our bags and all in the luggage cabin, he acted like he didn't hear anything. So these things can be improved.

I opted for a sleeper seat. I was automatically allotted a seater seat by the app itself. I got the worst possible seat in the bus, between two males. I was so uncomfortable. The conductor's behaviour was terrible. Just because of the fault of the app, I had to suffer so much.
