No cleanliness, no rest stop, no washroom was in good condition, no charging point nor private light. No clarity in seat assigned because they came and peeped in the middle to check seat number which was mentioned outside. No cabinet space to keep one small bag also.

I booked berth U12, but three adult passengers have boarded midway and are sitting in the adjacent U11 berth. I feel uncomfortable and have no privacy.

Ticket checking person was very rude and bus came itself 15 minutes delayed. Moreover, that aged person was wondering how much time they wanted to wait for me at the location. I was waiting since 9:30 pm. They came late and he was behaving like a rowdy, very very rude. The AC was broken and a biscuit cover was placed to cover it. Too worst experience from Anantapur (Andhra Pradesh) to Tirupati. Never ever going to book this bus again. Done with this bus.

Seats are not clean, it's very dirty. Boarded at 9.45 still not reached the destination. Actual time they mentioned as 6.30am, but still not reached and it's been another 2hrs more.

Very worst bus. PSR travels please maintain your bus properly. I booked sleeper but it's not a sleeper, it's looking like a bench. Not comfortable, not adjustable. Very very worst journey with your travels. Please maintain properly otherwise don't keep traveling.
