The bus was clean, but the overall experience was disappointing. No pillows or drinking water were provided, and the TVs at each berth were not working. Bus tracking was also not working. I travelled from Kozhikode to Bangalore (Bommanahalli), but after reaching Kalasipalyam, all passengers were transferred to a non-AC bus. Additionally, the bus reached the destination 1 hour and 30 minutes late. This was very inconvenient and not what I expected. The service needs significant improvement.
