This bus service never runs on time. I have been using it for quite some time, and it has never reached the destination at the scheduled time. I am very disappointed with the service. Please take the necessary action to either display an accurate ETA or ensure that the bus reaches the destination as per the scheduled time. These repeated delays are extremely frustrating for passengers who plan their journeys based on the given timings. Additionally, there are no charging points available on the bus, which is another inconvenience for passengers.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent journey. Both the driver and the cleaner were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the trip. To make matters worse, they failed to stop at my designated drop-off point and were openly aggressive, shouting at women travelling with children. This behaviour is completely unacceptable, and I request strict disciplinary action against the crew.
