There was never cleaning, and a blanket was not available there. There was never hygiene. Those travel tickets were very costly but service was not provided that type. Please improve.

I was not informed about the exact stoppage, and when I called, they gave me a stoppage on a highway at 4:27 AM near Chokan More. Only with the help of the police did I reach Manchar, and the customer support services did not turn up. They examined whether I was able to read Hindi or not and were also misguiding me. I will not use any services of this type offered in this state at Pune, Maharashtra. I am ashamed to have taken your services. Without police intervention and my communication skills, I would not have been able to board the bus.

Every passenger has allocated 2 bags, but there is no space in the travel. Also, in the passage, there is luggage and no space to walk.

I was not given my seat, someone else occupied it. Later driver didn't stop at the dropping point at Jalna bus stand; instead, stopped 2 km away which caused us more problems. Also, the journey was delayed almost around 2-3 hours.
