The bus was not clean. The bedsheets were not changed and they were dirty. No blanket was given.

The conditions were very unhygienic and uncomfortable. The bus service was not well-maintained, and the air conditioning ducts were not functional. It was a pathetic experience.

I travelled today and was seated in the first seat. I paid a high ticket price expecting a comfortable and peaceful journey, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The cabin door near the first seat was faulty and kept unlocking and opening automatically every 10 minutes or so. Instead of properly addressing the issue, the conductor repeatedly shut the door forcefully. This continued throughout the night, causing constant disturbance and making it very difficult for passengers seated in the first row to sleep and travel comfortably. The conductor’s careless attitude and lack of proper attention made the journey extremely uncomfortable. For such an expensive ticket, passengers deserve better service, proper maintenance, and responsible staff. I strongly request Om Sai Travels to take this issue seriously, repair the faulty door, and ensure that such inconvenience is not caused to passengers again.
