Very bad experience with travel, AC not working from beginning of journey and in mid way changed bus, but there was no space to sit in changed bus.... seating in cabin

Bus was very dirty. No bedsheet, no blankets, dirty pillow, no staff. Very bad service. Too bad.

The AC was turned off too early, and the staff refused to switch it on again when requested. The power socket at my seat was broken and not working. The bus was also not clean. Overall, the travel experience was disappointing.
