I had a very unpleasant experience while travelling from Lasalgaon to Pune with travels on 07/09/2026, we booked our tickets after selecting Lasalgaon Bus Stand as the boarding point, since the ticket clearly mentioned the boarding point as Lasalgaon Bus Stand, we reached there accordingly, however, at the last moment, we received a call from the driver, we informed him that our boarding point was Lasalgaon Bus Stand, as mentioned on the ticket, the driver then rudely informed us that he would not come to the bus stand and that we would have to come to the bypass if we wanted to board the bus, otherwise, he would leave without us, at around 11.35 PM, there was no convenient transportation available from Lasalgaon Bus Stand to the bypass, due to this, we were forced to walk approximately 2.5–3 kilometers at night to reach the bypass and catch the bus, we paid the full ticket amount and, in addition to the inconvenience caused, we had to face considerable mental stress and discomfort, the driver's rude and irresponsible behavior made the situation even worse, I therefore requested you to kindly look into this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and hardship caused to us, I also requested that necessary action be taken against the driver for his inappropriate behavior and for not following the boarding point mentioned on the ticket, I hoped you would take this complaint seriously and resolve the matter at the earliest.

Chaddar should be available as it is so cold at night in bus.

Bus arrived by 1 hr 30 minutes late. I preferred this bus because of early time only, but it didn't happen. Seats were very dirty.

Travels staff asked passengers to change the bus at 2 am.

At night 2am they changed the bus midway without prior notice to passengers, which is a very bad experience. Midway bus change is not acceptable at all.
