Too dirty smell in bus of bed, curtain as they were not cleaned for so many days. God knows when they have cleaned. We found cockroaches in bus also. AC was giving air only, no cooling. Bus reached 1 hour late. Too many stops taken. Horrible experience with this bus. Wonder how Red bus takes booking of such bus in their app.

Bedsheet was not clean. This smell was so weird, felt like vomiting. So please keep it clean next time.

The blanket is not provided by the bus and bus drivers and other members are very rude to talk. AC is very bad. Do not do the reservation of this 9:15 pm bus. This bus is very bad compared to other buses. Other two buses are very good in condition but this one is very bad. They should improve the quality of the bus and bus drivers should talk with good tone.
