Bus time of arrival at Khandwa is 3pm but it takes 4:00 pm to reach Bhojakhedi. Still the bus is running and it will take 30 minutes more to reach Khandwa. Also the behaviour of conductor is so rude. Unnecessary stops. Worst experience.

It was not a direct bus, but a local intercity bus. We had to change the bus to reach Omkareshwar. The locals suggested that we should avoid online booking as there are frequent buses to Omkareshwar from Sarwate bus station, Indore.

Initially they started the bus late. Just after 3 km they had shifted us to a different bus. There I didn't get my seat which I had booked. They told me to sit on the last seat of the bus. That was ridiculous.

very bad experience. the bus start at 6.00 PM Bus operators told us it will reach the destination ujjain in 10.00 to 10:30 PM But the BUS is very slow. they stop the bus too many times for the local passengers. it will reach the destination ujjain in 11:35 PM. The Bus takes 5:30 Hours for Omkareshwar to ujjain and there is no traffic. Very very bad service.
