The bus was very slow, and it stops for 40 minutes at every stop. The bus service was not very good either.

The bus operator has filled the luggage compartment with unofficial goods, including bags of vegetables, leaving no space for passengers' luggage. As a result, passengers are forced to keep their bags under their seats or at their feet. As per the stated policy, each passenger is allowed two pieces of luggage in the compartment. This is unfair and unprofessional. I request to investigate this issue and take appropriate action against the operator.
