They are not sure where to drop you. they stop in wherever they like for several minutes and won't stop your drop point and drop you at night 7 to 8 kms far away. terrible experience

I travelled from Deoria to ISBT Kashmiri Gate, Delhi on 17/10/26. It was a nice experience. Staff behaviour was nice, hygiene well maintained, an on-board washroom was there, and the seat was relaxing with enough leg space. AC and a reading light were present on each seat. However, a little delay was there reaching the drop point. I will recommend this bus.
