The bus came 2 hour late. And there were mosquitos in the seat.

The bus left without me when stopped for restroom. I had to wait for around 45 minutes to get connected with the team and get in the bus again.

We are travelling always in ns, this time I booked for my parents. But disappointed this time. They don't know anything about the buses in Bengaluru and Kalasipalayam. They didn't step out also because of lack of communication. And they reached Silk Board without telling anything. My parents stepped out there.

Bus came 1 hour late and reached the location at 9:30 am. It should have reached at 7:30 am.

Very bad, almost waited 2 hrs for bus. Also, the operator informed us after reaching the dropping point, which caused more discomfort.
