I had booked your bus service. The bus did not pick up on time from the given place, and it did not reach Bhubaneswar. It stopped near Visakhapatnam. The bus also had issues with AC and over-speeding. Due to this inconvenience, I had to travel by train and reached at 1:30 AM at night. Therefore, I kindly request you to refund my bus ticket amount. Thanking You.

They had problems from the beginning but it continued. After a frustrated start, the vehicle completely broke down in the middle. After nearly 10 hours of breakdown, we left the vehicle. No alternative vehicle was provided for us. Just a third-class service from the booking platform.
