I had to adjust with 2 other passengers travelling in a double-birth. I had booked a birth from double-birth (2 person bed). So the other birth was supposed to be engaged by only one passenger. But the passenger on my side birth brought his child with him (basically he bought 1 ticket for 2 passengers) and asked to adjust 3 passengers in a double-birth. I had payed full amount of my ticket, then how am I supposed to share the seat for which I have paid full amount? When complained of this to bus operator, he said he can't do anything and asked me to adjust there only. On calling customer support of service provider, my call was not answered. I deserve a refund for this trip. I deserve a refund for such trip. Such experience was liable for a legal action with all the evidences I have with me.

I had booked one seat on a two-seater berth. The lady sitting beside me was travelling with two children, with one lady and two children sharing a single berth.

The bus was hygienic and comfortable, but it was delayed by almost an hour in reaching Yavatmal. It stopped at almost every stop in Pune and again after Karanja, which caused delay. They did not even call out for the dinner stop nor for any stop, which caused confusion after reaching.
