While travelling with my female child below five years of age, I had booked only one seat for myself. However, the bus driver and conductor sarcastically questioned me as to why two persons were travelling when only one seat had been booked. Further, instead of dropping me and my child at the Tiruppur Royal Udupi Ruchi Hotel bus stop, where I was supposed to get down, they dropped us at the Perundurai Royal Udupi Ruchi Hotel, which is before my intended destination. This was done late at night, leaving me and my young child to get down at an unfamiliar place before the actual bus stop and causing considerable inconvenience and concern for our safety.

The trip was nice but the bus was 2 hours late to reach the destination. Overall service was very good.

The bedsheet and pillow provided were not washed properly. Live tracking showed wrong arrival time which contradicted with Google Maps time.
