No proper safety and no barricading for upper birth. Its felt dangerous.

The blue light was turned on for the whole night, beaming straight to the face. The ticket price was too high for this bus. A normal govt bus would be comparatively better. These kinds of buses are really spoiling reputation of service provider and trust. Zero percent safety. The side stand for the upper berth was not there. No protection for windows. If it was a child sleeping near the window, they might definitely fall. The staff was ruthless, rude. Charger ports didn't work. Even after multiple requests. This is really serious to report.

The last three rows of seats are very uncomfortable, with very limited legroom and almost no space to enter or exit the seats, especially the seats in the front of these rows.
