This was by far the worst bus I have ever travelled in — Nilgiri Travels. I couldn’t sleep for even a single minute during the entire journey because of the constant window and body noise. The overall condition of the bus was extremely disappointing: no tray/space on the seat to keep a bag, seat covers were extremely dirty and smelled terrible. I honestly don’t know when they were last washed. No pillow provided. Not even a single charging socket was working. Excessive noise made the journey extremely uncomfortable. After paying for a bus journey, basic cleanliness, comfort, and working facilities are the minimum passengers expect. Worst travel experience ever. I strongly recommend avoiding this bus if you have any other option.

The seats in the bus were extremely dirty and had a very unpleasant smell, which made it difficult to sleep throughout the journey. The blankets provided on the seats were also very dirty and had a strong, bad smell. Because of this, I could not get proper sleep or travel comfortably. The dinner stop was also disappointing. The restaurant was just a small roadside place, and the food quality was extremely poor. There was hardly any taste in the food, and the overall experience was not up to the expected standard. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, hygiene, blankets, and food arrangements for passengers.

The seat was too bad. Driving was rash, very bad driving. Unhygienic seats. The worst experience ever.
