AC turned off most of the time. And I have not reached yet. It's delayed by 3 hrs. Very bad experience.

Very Disappointing Experience. My experience with this bus service was extremely disappointing. The AC was completely not working throughout the journey, making it very uncomfortable for passengers. The timing was also very poor, causing unnecessary inconvenience. When we book an AC bus, we expect proper air conditioning and punctual service, but unfortunately, this bus failed on both counts. The service was not worth the money paid. I would not recommend this bus to others unless the management improves its service quality and ensures that the AC works properly. Very poor experience overalls.

Pathetic stops or end journey far from location I have to walk for 3km, never recommend Red Bus to anyone.

Worst travel experience – highly disappointing service. Extremely poor service! There is no live tracking facility, and they don't even call passengers to inform them about pickup details. The pickup was delayed by 30 minutes, with no driver or operator contact information provided. The AC facility was terrible, making the journey extremely uncomfortable, especially during the afternoon heat. Even with online booking, their communication and pickup arrangements are completely unprofessional. Poor coordination, no proper updates, and uncomfortable travel conditions. I would not recommend these travels to anyone. Avoid booking if you value your time and comfort.
