Worst experience ever. I waited at the stop for the bus on time but found no bus and I had to take another bus from there very bad experience. Not recommended.

The bus was severely overcrowded. They were carrying way too many extra standing passengers beyond the seating capacity. It felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. Also, the bus number and staff changed, they did not even tell that bus had changed. Luckily, I asked another bus which indeed was the replacement for the bus I got a message for.

Kept on stopping here and there and bus was overcrowded with local passengers. It was uncomfortable. Overloaded.

the bus reached before the timing and I missed the bus because the conductor was adamant about not waiting . the bus was scheduled at 1:50 it came at 1:40 and left

It was a pathetic experience and the bus was fully crowded for non-reservation people as well, which really made the travelling experience pathetic and we were not able to exit the bus. Staff behavior needs to be improved and be helpful to customers.

Conductor behaviour is so rude he put up mudhaas, bus old filter and bucket for sitting of passengers in passage and also take standing passengers too much. When I objected this he talked very rudely and suggested me don't book this bus online next time. He also said that I am doing right. Very bad experience.
