Worst experience in this bus. Please, it is so unprofessional that decent people cannot travel in it. There is no fixed seat; some passengers stand while others sit. Even those with bookings did not get seats. The staff behaviour is not good; they shout, even at ladies. They did not stop for food, only said to go to the washroom for five minutes, but the driver and others ate. Many people were hungry. There was so much disturbance; the light was not off, and no one was allowed to sleep. No one respects anyone. Very bad experience. Please do not travel in this bus; it is a waste of money.

Very disappointing experience – poor service and no proper communication. I had a very disappointing experience with this bus service. The bus driver or manager did not call me before reaching my pickup location. I had to call them 3–4 times myself just to ask about the bus location. When I contacted them around 8:30 PM, I was told that the bus would reach my pickup point, Akluj Gandhi chowk, at around 9:30 PM. Accordingly, I reached Akluj Gandhi chowk at 9:30 PM and waited for the bus. However, instead of picking me up from my confirmed pickup location, they told me that the bus was already moving ahead because there was only one seat available at Akluj. They then instructed me to take another Shree Balaji Travels bus and travel to Malshiras Petrol pump, where they would pick me up. This was extremely inconvenient. I had to walk to another travel pickup location with my luggage and wait there. After reaching the location and explaining the entire situation, they simply said, “Sorry sir, please sit.” There was no proper explanation, coordination, or customer support. To make the experience even worse, the bus/service did not provide the facilities I expected. There was no proper AC, no compartment/partition, no curtains, and overall the bus was not maintained as expected. The entire journey was uncomfortable and far below the standard I expected after booking. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication and coordination. If the bus was not going to pick me up from the confirmed location, they should have informed me well in advance instead of making me travel to another location at the last moment. Very disappointed with the service. I would not recommend booking this bus. Please improve your communication, pickup coordination, and basic passenger facilities.

Not on time. I have missed my flight.

Not dropped at exact stop. My stop was bypassed and dropped 5 km away from my destination. I had to pay 200rs more for auto due to this inconvenience at dawn time.

Travels is very bad for women. The bus does not stop for washroom for women. Women cannot go to the washroom on the road, right.

I had cancelled my trip and informed bus operators also please refund my amount.

Driver put off AC after Lonavala, requested to start AC but it was not started. Very bad experience, my seat was covered with plastic and not comfortable.
