The worst of timing ever gone on this route. The bus must be punctual in their specified timings. The reach time for destination was 7:30 AM, but it reached at 11:30 AM. When questioned, they gave responses like traffic and all. They must check the user ratings and verify the travels authenticity before suggesting to the customer. It was a very bad experience, and I must rate 0 star.

There was no cleanliness. Instead of sticking to the booked seats, they picked up passengers and let them stand everywhere, causing great inconvenience; the bus was so packed that there wasn't even room to set foot inside. The drop-off was not handled properly; the bus was supposed to arrive at 7:30 AM on 09-10-2026, but it still hadn't arrived by 10:00 AM.

Bus is good like AC driving but needs to improve bus timings (bus arrived 3hr late and dropped 4hr late at Goa) and also restroom stops need to be hygienic, not a good place for restroom.
