One has to argue with the driver just to get the lights turned off while passengers are trying to sleep. The driver falsely claims there is no restroom facility for women, yet he stops the bus to pick up outside passengers solely to make extra money. He seats these outsiders in the last row, and they chat loudly all night long. Consequently, those who booked an AC bus for comfort do not get any rest at all. This is an absolutely terrible bus. No one should book a ticket on it.

Seat was occupied by another person. Yellow spots on sheet and conductor did not have other bedsheets.

1. Very dirty, no hygiene. 2. Pick up is not at the location, need to walk 4 km at midnight to reach location. 3. AC duct was sounding too much, unable to sleep whole night. Very bad experience for me.

Pathetic service provided by the bus operator. The bus was supposed to reach the destination by 7:45 am but it dropped me off almost six hours late at 1:45.

Terrible experience, worst bus to travel. Don't look to save xxx Rs because that was the mistake that I made, ignored the reviews but those reviews are real. If possible, don't travel via this bus.
