Very terrible experience not travelling again. the staff was not polite. there was no cleanliness in the bus. the electric board was broken. the drivers did not stop the bus in a place where women could go to the washroom easily. they parked in an open ground and told us to use that place for the washroom. the slide doors of a seat and the windows were also broken. the bus was very old and needed repairing, but they were driving it for long tours. I was not able to sleep the whole night because the lights were on and there were no facilities to switch off the light or to switch on the dim light. the bus sounded like it had too many broken parts making noise the whole night during travelling. not travelling again with them as no facilities were provided.

Bus driver is very rude with passenger. Bus is very unhygienic. Not recommended.

The bus was not clean inside. There are no curtains on the windows and the charger switch is not working. Some staff were also behaving badly.

The vehicle is not clean at all; there is a foul odor throughout, and the seat is wet. Rainwater was leaking inside, so I couldn't get any sleep at all.

Do not buy this bus ticket. This operator was fraud. When I was going from Vadodara to Jalgaon, the bus engine failed 20 km before Dhule. Then the driver told all passengers to go further in another bus and we are paying further ticket charge, but after the new welcome office operator gave only excuses and did not give me my further ticket fare and did not take our calls. 

Service not good.

Very poor experience. I had booked a seat towards the rear of the bus, but when I boarded, I was given the last seat of the bus, which was not the seat I had booked. Moreover, the bus did not drop me at the actual dropping point. I was dropped at a bypass outside the city, which was very inconvenient. The scheduled drop-off time was 5:45 AM, but I was dropped approximately 4 hours late. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. The seat allocation, drop-off point, and delay were all unacceptable. I expect the bus operator to take corrective action and ensure that such issues do not happen again.
