Didn't drop at dropping point. They drop all passengers at Nana Varachha at 10.30 AM. We all passengers requested the owner of the bus to give us a refund. There was no bus conductor. The bus stops every hour for reasons I don't know. In the morning around 7.00 AM, a diesel tank leakage issue occurred at Kim Chowkdi. 2×2 sleeper was very uncomfortable, very very small sofa cabin size. Bus name was also different. I request you to take action on this. I want a refund for not dropping at the dropping point and to remove this bus from your online booking.

I didn't get the actual bus, and it was very dusty. Bus driver behavior was very aggressive and rude.
