When I boarded the bus, after 4 hours the AC was not working. I slept in hot wind. Very bad experience for me. You have to repair it before you come. Thank you.

They switched off AC after 1-2 hours of boarding. When asked, it was getting hot in here, they said open windows. Rude staff behaviour.

My drop point was Parel (Elphinstone), but I was dropped at Priyadarshini instead. The staff then forced us to change to another bus that did not even have seats available. My mother and I had to stand near the door throughout the journey until we reached Parel. This was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. If your bus is not going to the designated drop point, passengers should be informed before boarding, not after the journey has started. This is not the first time such an incident has occurred. Please consider the inconvenience caused to elderly passengers, women travelling alone, and those carrying luggage. It is extremely difficult for them to change buses midway and carry their belongings wherever they are asked to transfer. I request you to take this feedback seriously and improve your service to avoid such situations in the future.
