Very disappointed with the cleanliness. The berth was dirty and the provided bed sheets were unwashed and emitting a foul odor. Highly unhygienic journey.

This is the second time I am raising this concern. My mother was travelling with a small child, and despite repeated requests for drinking water, the staff neither provided a water bottle nor stopped anywhere to arrange one. The child was crying due to thirst, yet no assistance was offered for several hours. When water was finally provided after 4–5 hours, it had a strong smell and was not fit for drinking. Passengers pay for the service and deserve basic necessities, especially in situations involving children. This was a very disappointing and unpleasant travel experience.
