Worst experience ever do not book this bus you will reach destination almost 4 hours delayed and staff will show you that they were taking you there as like god and free of cost worst bus should refund money.

I reached the boarding point 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, but the vehicle did not arrive at my boarding point. The driver claims that he called me, but I did not receive any call. After the boarding time passed i called him on 3 different mention number but no received call. Later, I received his call from another location. I requested him to wait while I came there, but he did not wait at that stop either and left me behind. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially as I was travelling alone. Due to urgent work, I had to book another ticket for a different day. I have already raised a complaint and attached my call screenshot as proof, but I have still not received my refund despite not travelling. I request you to look into this matter and process my full refund as soon as possible. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I expect a proper resolution.

Reached at stop before timing and trying to push reach at earliest so that it created panic situation for reaching the destination. Regarding cleaning, it was bad experience, it was dusty.

1 boarding point was changed and was asked to come to Aundh Hospital. 2 after arriving at the hospital, the bus driver put the lives of the passengers at risk by asking us to travel in the middle lane instead of moving the bus into the service lane. This was a serious safety concern, particularly for elders and senior citizens who were travelling with us, as it exposed them to unnecessary risk in the middle of heavy traffic.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the staff. Their conduct was rude and unprofessional. When I requested assistance with safely storing my luggage, they refused to help or provide any support. I am deeply disappointed with the service I received. Please treat this complaint seriously, investigate the matter, and take appropriate action against the staff involved.
