This was one of the worst travel experiences. The bus condition was very poor and unhygienic. Passengers pay for the service, so basic cleanliness and maintenance should be maintained. Please take this issue seriously.

The bus driver was polite and professional, and the driving was good. However, the behaviour of the bus attendant and conductor was extremely disappointing. While walking towards the pickup point, I noticed the bus standing near a petrol pump. I went near the bus and politely asked the attendant if I could keep my bag there and board from that spot since the pickup point was a little far. Instead of responding respectfully, the attendant spoke very rudely and arrogantly and told me that nothing would happen there and that I must go to the pickup point. Passengers expect basic courtesy and respectful communication, but the way the attendant spoke was very unprofessional and unacceptable. Another issue was that the air conditioning in the bus was not working properly. I am not sure whether it was intentionally reduced or if there was some problem, but it was uncomfortable. The scheduled departure time was 8:30 pm, but the bus actually left around 9:10 pm. When we politely asked the conductor about the delay, he again showed a rude attitude. Even when we tried to ask him from our seats, he ignored us and did not respond. Later he shouted and said, Why are you asking me? Ask the manager or the driver when the bus will leave. Since he was the conductor standing in front of us, it is natural for passengers to ask him. Additionally, the bedsheets provided were not clean and some were torn, yet they were still kept for passengers. Overall, the driver was good, but the conductor’s attitude, lack of proper communication, delay, air conditioning issue, and poor cleanliness made the journey a very bad experience.
