Extremely disappointing experience. The boarding point was changed at the last moment and passengers were simply told to go to a different location. No transportation or proper assistance was provided, so we had to walk nearly 1 km for no reason. When we asked the staff why the boarding point had been changed their response was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, there were no emergency hammers for breaking the windows, which is a serious safety concern. The bus itself was in poor condition. There was no charging point at my seat, the bus had a very bad smell, and the AC was not cooling properly. The journey was also delayed by more than an hour. Because of this delay, I missed my connecting bus after reaching the drop-off point. Overall, this was one of the worst bus travel experiences I’ve had. Poor management, rude staff, lack of basic facilities, safety concerns, and significant delays. I would not recommend this travels unless they seriously improve their service.

Too much time taken for traveling, asked the available staff for a blanket, he said only one blanket was available even though 2 seats were booked. If you have an issue, ask the office. The bus was unnecessarily stopped many times for parcels, but there was no dedicated washroom staff, especially for ladies. Staff person was arguing.
