Yo, my mom was traveling yesterday. I booked, and the moment she completed the ride, she would not stop thanking the bus and staff behavior and environment. The staff took only the person limited to dresses. Seats were not filled unnecessarily, and cleanliness environment. Anyone willing to go from Lucknow to GCT, this was best till further notice. Thanks.

Punctuality was worse. Why do they skip Purvanchal Expressway and go to Azamgarh? Wasting time and to make up the time they accelerate the speed in heavy rain conditions.
