Timings issue late.

No issues with the bus or staff. But the bus was very late. Arrival to Udupi itself was late by 1 hour and reached Hyderabad 2 hours late. Not sure what went wrong, but 2 hours of delay is not at all expected.

Bus was 2 hrs delayed and not reported before we reached the pickup point, also dropped 3 hrs delayed. Driving was not good, rest stop not hygienic, no punctuality, bed sheets were not used, did not provide water bottle. I got backache when I slept.

Terrible experience lost two travel bags containing valuable belongings and essential baby items, with zero support from the operator. I travelled from Mangalore to Hyderabad last Wednesday, October 14th, using this company, booked via a platform. Upon reaching Hyderabad, I realized that two of my large travel bags were completely missing. Apart from other very valuable and important belongings, one of the bags was entirely filled with crucial baby essentials. Since I was new to Hyderabad and recently relocated, I had packed many necessary items for my 1-year-old baby who was also running a fever at the time. This bag contained all important things for the child, including a nebulizing machine and numerous other vital baby care items. It was extremely distressing that neither the bus company nor the travel agency was taking any responsibility or showing any concern for such valuable and urgently needed belongings. This was a horrifying and deeply disappointing travel. Zero stars if possible.

The bus started 1 hour late from Aramghar itself and reached Kundapur late. The restrooms in Karnataka were really good but the dinner hotel restrooms were smelly and terrible.
