Bus was 2 hours 10 min late. Unreserved passengers found sleeping in the passage of bus. Toilet was too narrow and unhygienic.

Very poor experience with the bus service. I had booked lower seat no. 16, but another passenger was sitting on my booked seat. I was then shifted to different seats multiple times. The worst part was that I had booked my ticket for Ghatkopar, but the bus dropped me at Panvel instead. Because of this, my time was wasted and I had to travel an additional XXXXX km and spend extra money to reach my destination. This was completely unacceptable. The bus operator should take responsibility for this inconvenience and provide appropriate compensation for the additional travel expenses and loss of time.
