New Parasmani Travels Bus Booking

Worst travel company ever, staff was rude. To confirm your seat, you had to book a ticket and call them to confirm your seat, otherwise they allotted it to others. When I called staff, everyone was passing calls to each other instead of resolving the issue. When I already paid the money, they were asking me to adjust with a different seat because the one I booked was allotted to another person who booked it offline. They were blaming me for booking. Such travelers should be banned.

The driver deliberately turned off the AC to save money and kept it running for only one hour during the entire journey.

As per experience everything was outstanding. Fare of the route is very reasonable, actually the fare for this route is XXXX. I specially recommend to travel this route with same.

They had only a few bookings on the bus, so it was late by one hour at the departure point and returned to the city for local passengers. After the bus was overloaded, five ladies sat in the driver cabin. For small profit, they avoided booking customers. Very cheap services.

My dropping point was satellite, but bus dropped me at Nehru Nagar. So I faced many problems reaching my location. I want to complain about this matter. Next, make sure this type of mistake does not happen. It affects customer satisfaction.
