Very congested, small seat only suitable for people of 5ft height. Late services, no stoppage at rest stop. Not recommended.

No any update regarding depart timing of Bus. Due to this reason I have lost my time and money. Kindly refund my Ticket charges.

Extremely horrible experience with PV Holidays! My sleeper seat was right next to the entrance, and every time the door opened, it hit my window, creating a painfully loud noise. The attendant also kept banging the door, making it impossible to sleep. Passengers were shouting and disturbing others without any effective intervention. Moreover, only four dropping points were shown during booking, but the bus stopped at numerous additional locations to drop passengers, causing repeated disturbances throughout the journey. I paid for a comfortable sleeper journey but received an extremely disappointing service.

Wrong drop point, and staff behavior is so wrong. Driver used abusive language, very disrespectful.

The bus condition was terrible. The AC and charging points were not working at all. Even though the AC unit was functional, the driver refused to turn it on. The vehicle had no proper suspension, and the seats were broken not working—basically, nothing in the bus was functioning. After paying ₹1,200, we didn't get a single benefit or basic comfort. It is better not to run such buses on the road. When passengers pay this much money, they expect basic facilities and a decent service. This was an extremely bad experience.
