The AC was not working properly during the journey. I informed the driver, but no action was taken from his side. I also contacted customer care, but no solution was provided. This is the first time I have experienced such a terrible situation during my travel.

Blanket was not there. Seat cover was not good and not clean. AC was not good. Smell was coming from the AC.
