Everything was great except the staff behaviour. Why can't they speak with humility, they are unnecessarily rude to speak. Didn't know how they are managed at their homes.

Worst experience. The bus was scheduled to arrive at 11:15 pm, but it arrived at 1:00 am, causing a long and frustrating wait. How can you expect passengers to wait for hours at an unfamiliar place, especially late at night? There was no office or proper waiting area to assist customers. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of concern for passengers' time and comfort. Very disappointing service.
