Rest stop is very dirty. Even bus delayed by 2.30 hr and bus driver picks up local people for distance travel. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Worst trip ever in my service provider time. The bus arrived 3.5 hours late and there was no communication from the driver end, due to which I had to stand at the bus stop for nearly 2 hours. I reached Indore at 2 pm, my whole day was wasted and I could not join my office.
