Worst bus in my whole life. Bad behavior staff. Very unsafe on authority rules. Very rude behavior.

There were no glasses to close (gate to close). We had to use curtains to sleep and even curtains were torn.

This AC bus felt more like an overcrowded public transport vehicle. Unbooked passengers were continuously allowed onboard. The staff claimed that the AC was not working, making the overnight journey even worse than a non-AC bus. The staff was highly unprofessional and dishonest. Very disappointing experience.
