The driver failed to drop us at the selected destination, citing traffic and dropping us outside Jamnagar city instead. He asked us to take an auto to reach our selected drop-off point. Very poor service and an unacceptable experience.

The late-night bus assistant did not inform me of the upcoming drop-off points, causing me to miss my stop.

I recently traveled from Kalavad to Kamrej and overall, I had a very good experience. The bus was very clean and comfortable, with all the required facilities. I especially liked the separate dustbin provided at every seat, which helps keep the bus clean. The cooling was also very good and made the journey comfortable. One thing I didn’t like much was the long stop of around 2 hours in the Rajkot area to find additional passengers and fill the empty seats. Because of this, the bus reached the destination a little late. I understand the reason for the stop, but reducing this waiting time would make the journey much better for passengers. Apart from this, everything was very nice. Overall, I would recommend traveling.
