There is not a proper bathroom in the whole journey. Specially for a lady or girls there are no facilities. We have to compromise. Your hotel bathroom is very dirty. No hygiene is maintained. Very pathetic experience.

Seat B13 damaged, recliner damaged. Worst nightmare for online seat no B15. No support from staff and charger socket broken.

Very bad experience. I reserved AS2, where an AC shaft was passed between the seats and the back support was removed; only an iron structure remained, and no replacement was provided.
