The behavior of the bus staff was very rude and unprofessional. When we asked to stop at the hotel because the ladies needed to use the washroom, the staff member started arguing with us. He also stopped the bus unnecessarily at inconvenient places.

Bus did not come at the exact boarding point and bus staff called me. Bus stopped far from boarding point, please come here. They sent location to me and myself and my family with luggage walked and picked the bus. Already 1 hr late came.
