The conductor and driver were extremely negligent, they neither picked me up from the designated point nor informed me before arriving there. Consequently, I had to take another bus and endure a distressing and troublesome journey from Chomu Puliya to Laxmangarh. I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the conductor and driver. I had personally called them before reaching the Chomu Puliya (Jaipur) pickup point and asked them to call me when they arrived, yet they left without picking me up. Despite having a confirmed seat, I faced significant inconvenience. I am raising this complaint so that no one else has to face such trouble. Thank you.

Worst bus I have ever travelled in. They don’t have live tracking. They don’t pick the phone at the time of boarding. They changed the bus last time. Glass of the sleeper seat is broken. Dirty seats with a lot of sand.

There is very little AC in the bus. If proper AC is not available, then why are you charging for AC bus?
