New Aditya Travels Bus Booking

The double sleeper coach was very congested and not even well manageable.

No blanket, no pillow, no water bottle, suffering from smoky smell in the bus. Worst experience ever.

Bus stopped, bus not working.

There was no blanket, no hygiene, and there were people travelling without reservations. There was also a threat to my bag. I talked to the main office, and there was no satisfactory response towards it.

No Toilet, No Water Bottle provided, no charging point and no reading lamp. Bad Odour in bus.

They make traveller as harassed as possible, last minute bus cancel, changes bus and single sleeper to sharing sleeping. This is total embarrassing. Pov: avoid as much as possible.

Bus name which I booked was New Aditya Travels but the bus came was Rajpreet Travels which is wrong and your customer support is also not available. I reached Hanumangarh at 6 am which was promised at 4 am.

Dirty bedsheet and pillow, blanket was not available on my seat, half of cabin partition was missing, I slept in open. Less cabin height, can't sit properly. No water bottle distribution.

Worst experience. I have raised a complaint also. This was an additional bus, not the original one. It was in the condition of a roadways bus. I got a cut on my leg while trying to sit in the upper sleeper. If I could add zero star rating, I would give that. But the operator threatened me to cancel the booking on the spot when I raised concern about cleanliness. This is not worth booking a ticket one month prior to escape the last minute rush.
