Staff behavior was not professional. Dropped at another location instead of the stated dropping point. Luggage decks were not utilized for passengers, and we were bound to take luggage inside the bus. They utilized the bus deck for commercial purposes, causing unnecessary harassment to passengers.

Brothers and sisters, no blanket and pillow will be provided, so plan your journey accordingly if you are booking on this bus. Worst rest stop. No air suspension in the bus, so you will feel the smallest stone on the road. Although the bus is only one week old, the sound of different body parts is loud due to unavailability of air suspension.
